We have been very busy over the weekend (March 8th-10th), setting up the BMW PRODUCT TRAINING LAUNCH EVENT: BMW SPEAKS. Their new training center nearby DWC Airport is amazing to begin with. Our task was to bring Avantgarde’s ideas to life through simple and quality installations.

The setup included a stage with AV, photo booth, car backdrops, banners, floor graphics, engagements, props, plants & decor – everything to make their space look welcoming and exciting for the guests. Highlight was the walk-in photo booth that replaced a standard media wall.

This was a 2-day training that went on for 8 days, where hardworking CRAFTSMEN would flip the walls every night and make it ready for different workshops on the following day. It was tough, but seeing all the smiling faces the next morning made it all up for us.
